| Oracle JRE8 | You can download the tested-for-CUFS version from https://ufs.admin.cam.ac.uk/technical-news/cufs-java-downloads Extract to folder, e.g. 8u471, under \\atlantis-14\applications\java\oracle. You don't need the Zip file that is included in the download. The installer switch /s installs the JRE silently. It does this by extracting an MSI to %AppData%LocalLow\Oracle\Java\<version> and then uses MSI options to carry out the install. | |
